We intend to bring a fun and social aspect into raiding, but of course still take it seriously.  

Our main goal with our raiding is to work towards being cordinated and synergized as we can be and improving our individual skill while having fun doing so. :)

We believe in a fun and social approach to raiding, meaning we aren't going to be enforcing super harsh rules and meaning that you don't have to raid every single night (IRL comes first). However as raids will be limited to a few times a week, we will make the most of our time and therefore try our best to progress. 

However if raiding isn't your cup of tea, don't worry as we will be running frequent Old Content and Achievement Runs. 

Our Rules are:

1. Raids are posted on the calendar at least a week ahead. 
2. Confirmations are 3 days ahead. If you are confirmed but can't make the raid please whisper an officer.
3. Core raid team has prio, if you would like to tryout for the team please whisper an officer (try-outs involve you joining for our next normal run).
4. Group that started a week stays the same for the rest of the week, if you can't manage this whisper an officer.
5. Rage quitting means a 14 day raid ban.

6. Always come as prepared as possible to raids. Always take your time to read up on tacts before the raid! (FatBossTV on youtube makes amazing guides for raiding!) Try and make sure you have flask/pots and food with you but don't be afraid to ask someone else if you haven’t got any.
7. The raid is lead by the raid leader whom makes the decisions. If you would like to add anything to a decision or tact, please do, but don't not when some ones else is speaking.
8. The raid Leader will appoint people to assist weather it being Flame Throwers, Runners or Stack.
9. If you get picked to be the assistant, please make sure you know the relevant tact’s but please don’t be afraid to ask for a reminder!!!!. (2min tact talk over a wipe any day of the week)
10. TeamSpeak is to be used to be social in between bosses and as a tool for communication when downing bosses. TS isn't firmly restricted to raid leader or assist during encounters but if you're going to talk during encounters, only say relevant things.
11. When the raid leader tells you to stfu, you stfu. Raidleaders words are absolute.

12. Do not yell or be a dick to your team-mates, if you do you'll be in for a gkick warning. 
13. Skada, Recount etc. are great tools to optimise your gameplay. Not for bragging rights.
